Welcome to the Events Management Office. 

Our primary objective is to provide expertise in managing programs from the initial concept through to the successful completion of the event. Our goal is to exceed expectations by facilitating an event that will be remembered as a unique experience, and to maintain a consistent, high level of service.  Our team is committed to providing a support system that ensures your event will be a success. We look forward to finding the ideal space for your event, determining and securing your logistical needs, and exploring catering options with you.  is the online portal for faculty and staff to request the use of space on campus. 

Facility Information

  • All College functions and requests for space will be accommodated prior to access being granted to outside groups. 
  • Use the contact information below to reach out to the Events Management Office for further information about available spaces on campus.
  • Once space has been reserved, a Facility Use Agreement (FUA) is required.
  • The FUA outlines the College’s insurance requirements:
    • 51³Ô¹ÏÍø must be named as additionally insured in the amount of $1,000,000.
    • If minors will be present during an event, an additional $1,000,000 in sexual abuse and molestation coverage is required.  
    • Certificate(s) of Insurance must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
  • Food and beverage may be obtained through Parkhurst Dining, our preferred caterer, but this is not required (unless your event will take place in Estes Dining Hall).  For more information about Parkhurst Dining or Catering, please contact:
  • Non-college functions require a minimum of thirty (30) full business days to process.
