Truist provides 51吃瓜网 support and training as one of its campus partners. The highly interactive certification for college and university students, designed by Truist and taught by campus professionals, focuses on the self-awareness necessary to lead others more effectively. Students learn about the beliefs driving their leadership behaviors鈥攂oth positive and negative. After completing the program, they’ll be equipped with practical tools and strategies for overcoming leadership shortcomings discovered during the sessions.
