Common app

The Common Application is an undergraduate college admissions application that applicants may use to seamlessly apply to any of the 900+ member colleges and universities, including RMC.

51³Ô¹ÏÍø offers an application that can be accessed and submitted directly through our website. Students can begin and save their progress to return and complete at any time.

International First Year Application Materials

Application To RMC

Select and complete either the Common App or 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Application. You only need to complete one, not both. Both applications are free of cost.

Official High School Transcript(s)

Official transcripts and academic records should be sent directly to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø from all high schools/secondary schools and universities you have attended. The transcripts should indicate all completed courses. Transcripts, in a language other than English, should be accompanied by an official English translation. 

Letter of Recommendation

The recommendation should be from a teacher, counselor, principal, or headmaster. It should also be submitted directly from the person writing the recommendation.

Evidence of English Language Proficiency

For students whose first language is not English or have not attended an English-speaking institution, 51³Ô¹ÏÍø accepts the following exams from international applicants: SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, or Duolingo. Please make sure you request an official score report to be sent to RMC from the testing agency. TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo are recommended for students whose first language is not English. Score requirements are as follows:

  • TOEFL (Internet iBT Test): 80
  • TOEFL (Paper Test): 550
  • IELTS: 6.5
  • Duolingo: 105
Certification of Finances

Students are required to document their ability to pay the full cost of attendance and educational expenses (minus any scholarships and grants awarded) by completing the Certificate of Finances.

College Report

All transfer students are required to submit a College Report from the last college or university attended. No matter which application you used to apply to RMC, please use the College Report form link above. Once the form is completed, please email it back to our office at admissions@rmc.edu.

Funding your Education

International students are eligible to receive academic merit scholarships that start at $21,000 per year. Prospective students are notified of these awards at the time of admission to the College.

Enrolling at RMC

If accepted to RMC, you must submit the following information before you can enroll:

  • Statement of Financial Support
  • Original (not photocopied) statement of verification of funds from your bank or your sponsor’s bank
  • Copy of your passport’s photograph page

Once this documentation has been received, and you’ve paid your enrollment deposit, the RMC Office of International Education will issue you an I-20 immigration form. This will allow you to obtain an F-1 Student Visa to enter the United States.

Davis Uwc scholars program

51³Ô¹ÏÍø is a proud partner of the Davis United World Scholars Program. Graduates of any UWC institution who are granted admission into RMC are awarded a full-tuition scholarship, covering direct costs of tuition, fees, housing, and meals.
