Admission is competitive, so we recommend applying under an early plan

Early Decision

If 51³Ô¹ÏÍø is your first choice and you’re confident you’ll attend if admitted, apply Early Decision (ED). This application plan is binding. If admitted, you agree to withdraw your applications from all other colleges and universities.

Early Action

Early Action (EA) is a non-binding application plan. This means you’re free to apply to other schools, and are under no obligation to commit to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø if admitted. EA offers an earlier admissions decision with more time to decide.

Regular decision

Regular Decision (RD) is a non-binding application plan, which means you’re free to apply to other schools. Choose RD if you need additional time to complete your admissions application.

*Please note: Our nursing program has reached capacity at 40 committed students for the 2024-2025 academic year. However, we will continue to review and accept Regular Decision applications. There are typically a few openings throughout the spring. In the event a spot opens, students will be taken off the nursing program waitlist in order of waitlist reply form submissions. Keep in mind, it is not a guarantee that spaces in the program will become available.

Minimum Admission Criteria

Prospective students complete the nursing portion of the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø application or Common App for freshman admission to the College. To be considered for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria. Keep in mind, meeting this minimum criteria does not guarantee program admission.

  • Admission to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø
  • Minimum 3.25 weighted cumulative high school GPA
  • Ability to meet

Additionally, please note that all nursing applicants will be required to submit the supplemental materials listed below. An optional interview with an Admissions Counselor is a recommended component of the application process, but is not required. The nursing-specific portion of your application will populate after selecting ‘yes’ to nursing in your application to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø.
